Eastern nutrition

Eastern nutrition is the nourishment of the body through eating and digesting the foods that are best for your body based on the belief that the body can heal itself.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine our meridians are our energetic structure uniting the body and consciousness. Meridians must be free of congestion that can be caused by improper diet, tension, stress, injury and invasions from our external environment. Keeping the meridians healthy benefits the organs allowing circulation of nourishment throughout the body.
